Overview
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A final inspection will be conducted to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. We aim to process and refund your return within 7 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
